What is CrossFit?

Constantly varied, functional training performed at high intensity. 

In short terms, CrossFit is EVERYTHING. No workout is the same.
That is the beauty of CrossFit. Variety.


The aim of CrossFit is to increase competence in each of the 10 components of fitness:

  • Cardio-Respiratory Endurance

  • Strength

  • Stamina

  • Flexibility

  • Power

  • Speed

  • Balance

  • Agility

  • Accuracy

  • Coordination

Running, pull-ups, handstands, swimming, box jumps, kettlebell swings, rope climbs, squats, deadlifts...CrossFit covers it all. 

Something I learnt along this journey... you want to be quick enough to run away from a fight at the same time as being strong enough to defend yourself in a fight.

Be quick, and strong. Be balanced and powerful.
Specialise in nothing but be good at everything.
